The three sessions each week take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, at 7pm, and our Saturday session is held at 12:30pm. You will learn everything you need to know about losing weight and keeping it off. 

All of this is priced at just £200 for the whole four week program. At the end of the program one of the participants with the best results will win the prize of 2 free personal training sessions with me, and of course be crowned the month's WLA Loser!

Here are this months WLA Losers and their fantastic results.

Debbie, Jayne and Marion all took up the WLA Loser challenge and started just a week ago and their results are incredible; Debbie has lost 5.4lbs and 5.5 inches, Jayne has lost 7.2lbs and 8 inches, Marion has lost 8lbs and 6.5 inches, and this is only after just 6 days of our four week program! The girls are already feeling a significant difference in their everyday lives. Keep checking back for more weekly results, then on Saturday 27th March one will be crowned the WLA's biggest loser. Well done girls, keep up the great work!

First Week's Food Diary

The first week was all about cutting down on calories and reducing sugar cravings. We researched many options and the diet we chose is only suitable for obese people, with a lot of weight to lose. If you would like more details on this diet, please click here. Please be aware that changes had to be made to suit each individual's needs. This strict eating regime was followed for seven days only. The second week is all about portion control, regular eating and making the right choices in order to lose more weight. Likes and dislikes were discussed and the second week has been tailor made to each individual's taste. Check back here for more progress reports throughout the month.

Second Week's Food Diary and Results

The girls were given food menus which gave them four choices of balanced breakfasts, lunches and evening meals, the idea was for the girls to control the nutritional content and also portion sizes themselves. The results this week have been mixed. Debbie lost 1lb in weight, 1% body fat and has increased her muscle mass. Jayne has lost an incredible 6.8lbs making a total of 1 stone in two weeks! Marion's weight has remained the same, a total loss of 8lbs in two weeks, which is still brilliant! We all process food in different ways, which is why results are so varied. I am now looking into the girls' metabolic types, to determine the best way forward for each individual.

Third Week's Food Diary and Results

Some more excellent results this week! Jane has now lost 1 stone and almost 13 inches, she has also dropped a clothes size! Marrion has also dropped a clothes size, along with a total weight loss of 11lbs and 17 inches. Debbie has lost 7lbs and 15.5 inches and has greatly reduced her body fat percentage. All this after just three weeks. The forth and final week will see the girls challenged by only eating foods with one ingredient, no additives, no colourings, just wholesome fresh food. Final Results

So the results are in, and they make for great reading, but even better viewing! Take a look at the incredible change to all three of our WLA Losers in just 4 weeks...

Debbie lost 8lbs, 2% body fat and 18 inches 

Jayne lost 1st 4lbs, 3% body fat and 15.5 inches

Marion lost 1 stone, 4% body fat and 18 inches
