Monday 9.30am - 10.30am

Interval Training Workouts
I vary the class each week, but we always include walking, jogging and running. We cover a large area of the park but we include active recovery in between the stamina sections with strength and toning exercises. We work out whatever the weather! My priority is safety so I will always change the work out if neccessary.
Wednesday 7.00pm - 8.00pm
Springfield Lodge Nursery
Circuits
For the winter months we work inside but as soon as it is light enough in the evenings we will be outside again in the park. We do a different circuit every week. We use the interval training method, which means you will burn fat during and after your workout. The circuits are timed at each station so they are suitable for all levels of fitness. We use a variety of weight, kettleball, band and body weight exercises.

Boxing Fridays
This is a real fun boxing hour. Varied each week, we include the basic boxing moves to work our heart, lungs and tone up those arms and tighten the abdominals. There are some stamina elements but no running. We tend to stay in one area of the park and work in a group or in pairs.
