
Over the past ten years I have trained clients for marathons and huge cycle challenges, I have helped people lose weight, gain weight, get fitter, get stronger and get confident. I currently work with the Charlton Athletic first team, training them in aerobic fitness through cardio cycling classes.
I have many qualifications in fitness and nutrition, recently including post natal fitness, Power Plate training, Sports Psychology and Cardio Cycle.
Whatever your goal, I can help.
Personaly I love to challenge myself,.So far I have trained myself to cycle 800km across Mongolia, climbed the Great Wall of China and trekked across Iceland. Every year I like to have several smaller challenges such as charity runs and bike rides. I love encouraging friends and especially clients to join in. It's a fantastic feeling finishing an event you never thought you could do.
