My weight loss academy is a new and refreshing approach to those wishing to make changes to their lives without having to join expensive gyms. You will not be subjected to a strict diet, instead you will be armed with the right knowledge to make sure you eat correctly. After your academy training is complete, your journey can continue with my personal training sessions or my weekly maintenance programme, which involves weekly activities and a monthly weigh in.

Regular seminars are held and you will learn how to read food labels, understand carbohydrates, protein and alcohol consumption, learn that exercise doesn't have to mean hours on special machines, and finally how to act on all this new knowledge for a healthier new you.

Exercise sessions run three times weekly, at various locations, both indoors and outdoors. These 1 hour sessions are designed to promote fat burning. All levels of fitness are able to attend. for more information on my weekly exercise classes please click here.
